[JOB ALERT] Looking for a Flight Dispatcher (m/f)

Given the fact we have recently added a third jet to our fleet, our team of experts involved in our flight operations is also growing. We’re looking for someone who would join our Operational Control Center (OCC) as a:

FLIGHT DISPATCHER
(male/female)

Workplace: Zagreb, Croatia

Our goal is to employ a candidate who, to the largest possible extent, fits the requirements listed below.

KNOWLEDGE OF: 

• Flight planning and scheduling systems (preferably PPS and Leon systems),
• CFMU procedures and applications,
• interpretation of aviation weather, NOTAMs and navigation charts,
• crew flight time limitation (Subpart Q),
• air operations legislation,
• MS Office,
• English language - fluent written and spoken.

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

• Valid flight dispatcher license,
• willingness to work in shifts and weekend duties,
• willing to learn and to develop further within the organisation,
• strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and reliability,
• independence, initiative, and a sense of responsibility,
• unrestricted right to work and live in Croatia.

The role of the Flight Dispatcher assumes the following tasks and responsibilities: 

• Flight preparation in accordance with company policies,
• arrangement of handling services, fuel, and catering,
• arrangement of CAA permits and airport slots,
• crew planning,
• FTL monitoring,
• flight watch,
• crew HOTAC and transfer arrangements,
• arrangement and cost control of all required services for the operation,
• post flight data management,
• liaise with all departments to ensure a safe and efficient operation.
